PROPERTIES:
Nanoparticles penetrate into the structure of the applied surface, displace moisture, protect from squeak, wear and corrosion. The product does not lose its properties at the temperature range from -80°С to +140°С. It is harmless on all materials and can penetrate into hardto-reach spots. The product can be applied on wet surfaces and maintains its elasticity for long.

NANOPROTECT ANTICOR PERFORMANCE TEST:
The Steel Coupons were subjected to salt fog exposure in accordance with the RTCA/DO-160G, Section 14.3.6.7, Category T, Severe Salt Fog test. The test hardware was exposed to forty-eight (48) hours of salt fog followed by a twenty-four (24) hour dry out, and then repeated once more. A visual examination of the test hardware after application of the salt fog environment revealed varying degrees of corrosion on some of the coupons. The test hardware was returned to the customer for evaluation following test completion.
Test conditions:
- t = – 31 F,
- Test objects were continiously sprayed with 5% sodium chloride solution, saline solution.
METAL COUPONS TREATED WITH DIFFERENT KINDS OF ANTI CORROSION PRODUCTS
Application areas: op rod, barrel hood, cam pin, open ejection port, slide rail groove, center rail, action spring,and the like movable parts.
Recommended directions for use: make sure to shake the can before use. Spray at the distance of 8-12 inches from the surface. After application on the surface, let the nanocoating rest for 10 minutes. If necessary, remove any excess spray. Wait for 24 hours to get the best protection.
Consumption: one can for 22 square feet. It is recommended to apply at a temperature range from – 4°F to +95°F.

Store in cool, dry, well-ventilated area away from incompatible materials. Dispose of contents and container in accordance with local, state and federal regulations.
